Improve network equipment gathering not fully used servers, and decomissioning unused equipment from former legacy platform.

- Service Impact
The VPN link between the base stations and the Cloud may disconnect for a very short time during the maintenance timewindow. This should imply uplink delay and potential downlink failures.
